An unannounced health and safety inspection took place this morning. There were 47 children present with 4 staff on this Teacher's Work Day. I observed children involved in a variety of creative activities: fabric painting, knitting, board games, dramatic play, making statues out of foil, pipe cleaners and clay, making clay hand molds and building with boxes and duct tape. Records were well-organized. This inspection, which followed an inspection for licensing standards, meets the requirements for the SSHI program.
