An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 11:15 a.m. with the director and one staff. There were 29 children in care ranging in age from 5 to 10 years of age. Children were observed learning about their curriculum for the day "Michael Jordan". They had completed salt art projects based on the theme and a story. Then the children prepared for a group game about teamwork. After the game, children prepared for lunch.
Six children's records and three staff records were reviewed. Fourteen medications and authorizations were reviewed. Emergency drills were posted and up to date.
