Comments:
Licensing inspector arrived at 1:00 pm and departed at 2:32pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of the tour there were 62 children in care with 12 staff . Additional staff arrived during the inspection. Children were observed napping. The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 5 staff records. Areas of non-compliance was reviewed with the director.

Description: Based on record review and staff interview, the vendor did not ensure documentation of the tuberculosis (TB) is completed with in the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment and be signed by a physician, physician's designee, or an official of the local health department.

Evidence:
Staff #1 date of employment 1/06/2020 the tuberculosis (TB) results were dated 01/16/2020.

Staff #1 TB test results were not completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment.

Plan of Correction: Moving forward making sure TB is within the last 30 days of date of employment for any new staff.
