A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on January 31, 2020, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 47 children under the supervision of 10 staff.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-F Description: Based on staff records review, 2 out 5 records, the center did not ensure all staff who work directly with children completed CPR and first aid training.
Evidence:
1. Staff # 3 CPR and First Aid expired October 2019.
2. Staff $4 (D.O.E. 8/26/2019) did not have available for review CPR and first aid training.Plan of Correction: Staff will take classes this weekend.
