Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on January 28, 2020 as a result of a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office on January 21, 2020 regarding the allegation of ratio. Interviews were conducted with five staff and staff and children's attendance were reviewed. The information gathered during this inspection does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is "not founded."
