The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection from 9:10 am - 11:45 am. There were sixteen children in care: two infants with one staff, six 2 - 3 year-olds with one staff and eight 3 - 4 year-olds with one staff. The director was also present. The children were observed playing with toys, at circle time, coloring and preparing for lunch. Five staff's records, one board officer's record and five children's records were reviewed. The playground located in front of the center is currently not being used by the children. Tree limbs are on the playground and will be removed before the children begin using the playground again.
