1/21/20 - Unannounced complaint investigation was initiated at the AlphaBest office in response to a complaint received in the Eastern Licensing Office regarding responses to food allergies. Interviews were conducted with District and Area managers related to the incident.
2/4/20 - Unannounced complaint investigation continued during renewal inspection. Additional staff were interviewed and records reviewed. Additionally, handbook was reviewed in relation to children with food allergies. Based on information received, it is determined that the complaint is deemed to be not valid.
