Training regarding the changes to the vendor agreement standards were conducted during this inspection.
An annual health and safety inspection was conducted today. The vendor has 4 children in care today totalling 8 points The vendor has lots of supplies for the children . The vendor provides food , today the children had spaghetti and salad and milk. The vendor take them on walks in the neighborhood. Interaction between vendor and children observed during this inspection, the children are playing and watching TV. This inspection was started at 12:30 and ended at 2:00. Evidence: The vendor has a radio, but it is a clock radio that only works when plugged in. Plan of Correction: I will buy a radio today
