A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 10:00am & 2:00pm; there were 73 children with 9 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Staff #1,2,3,4,5 have been employed for over 90 days and do not have documentation of completing the required preservice training.
