Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today from 3:45pm to 4:30pm. There were 29 School-Agers directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, children's medications and medication authorization records were current from the last visit, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in snack-time and homework-time.
Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
