An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the director from 5:10 pm to 6 pm. who was present with two additional staff and nine children, ages ranging from 6 to 11 years. The children were in the process of doing homework/quiet activities and then transitioned to free play.
There were no medications on site and documentation of three injury/accident reports were reviewed. Six children's files were also reviewed today. There were no violations observed d during this inspection.
