Technical Assistance:
Training regarding the changes to the vendor agreement standards were conducted during this inspection.

Comments:
The vendor is present with two children in care at the time of this health and safety subsidy inspection, total points today are 3. Her older school age children are home for the summer. The children were observed playing and watching TV during the inspection. The vendor provides meals Today they will have chicken nuggets , juice, french fries and banana. The vendor takes the children on walks in the neighborhood and to the playground and does transport the children. The children have a large space for playing and lots of age appropriate supplies to explore. There are lots of interaction between the children and vendor. Description: Based on the review of the vendors records , the vendor failed to get an updated TB screening done for one of the household members. Evidence: A household member who is present when children are in care has a TB screening that was done in November of 2016 and needs to be updated.

Plan of Correction: I will take her to get it done next week.
