A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/06/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 6 preschool aged children in care with 1 staff member and 1 administrator. Children were observed participating in instructional time, and transitioning between activities. A sample of 5 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports were also reviewed. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
