Technical Assistance was provided to inform staff of project preparation and being aware of staff placement during activities.
- Comments:

An investigation was conducted on 12/10/2019 and 12/12/2019 in response to a self-reported incident received by our office, which was later reported by a consumer regarding the care and protection of a toddler. Based upon multiple interviews, classroom observation and review of video footage the preponderance of evidence does not support a violation.
