A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/11/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children, ages 6 years-11 years, and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, the on-site staff record requirements for 2 staff members and one medication during the inspection. The children were observed in the following activities: in large motor play in the gym, having an afternoon snack, during homework time and in free choice activities. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed table sanitizing agents with the staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
