Technical Assistance:
Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and medication (see Child #4) in need of a refill.

A follow-up was also conducted for the serious injury that was reported for an incident that occurred on 01/24/2020. The accident/incident report completed and signed by staff was reviewed and of the same date.

Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 1 pm through 4:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the Loudoun Valley Community Center located in the town of Purcellville, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 48 children observed with 8 staff; good ratios in all 3 groups (CASA, School Street Kids, and Day Care. A total of 6 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files shall be reviewed on a later date and through the PRCS main office in Leesburg. The children were engaged in the following: check in, art, games, large motor skills in the gym, bathroom break, hand washing, snack, movie time, and other organized activities.
