Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the White Oaks SACC program located in Burke, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 02/12/2020, between the hours of 3 pm through 5 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail to charles.perkins@dss.virginia.gov. Thank you.
