An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on February 11, 2020 from approximately 8:55 am until 10:20 am. Upon entrance there were 30 children and 4 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the emergency information and health related information for 4 staff records. Four medications were reviewed. The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather. Children were observed during their morning routine, to include eating breakfast, playing parachute games, singing and dancing. The results of the inspection were reviewed and verified with the Center Lead Teacher. during the exit interview.
