An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 4:00pm-6:10pm. There were 40 children directly supervised by 5 staff at the beginning of the inspection. The physical plant, programming, menus, 5 staff records, 6 children?s records, 12 medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed reading books, doing homework, washing hands, eating snack which consisted of milk and a fresh apple, and engaging in gross motor exercise playing in the gym.
