Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation, hazardous substances were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
A bottle of spray disinfectant was stored in a cabinet locked with a cable bicycle style lock. The lock was engaged in such a way that the cabinet doors easily swing open and the contents of the cabinet become accessible to the children in care.

Plan of Correction: We will secure the cabinet doors.
