Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from approximately 8:15 am -12:30 pm. At the time of entrance, 28 children were in direct care of 4 staff members. Ratios were in compliance. Staff and children were observed during breakfast, free play and bottle feeding. The site was clean and organized. A selection of staff and children records, the physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, required posted documents and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Description: Based on observation, hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
1) A spray bottle with cleaning solution was observed in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the girls bathroom.

Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
