Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-E-2
Description: Based on record review, not all staff possess a current certification in first aid.
Evidence:
1) The record for Staff 4 did not contain documentation of a current certification in first aid. The most recent certification was dated 11/01/2017.

Plan of Correction: Apparently, Staff 4 enrolled in the wrong course. She completed the CPR/AED certification and did not notice that it didn't include First Aid. Staff 4 will complete the first aid certification as soon as possible.
