An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on Friday, January 24, 2020 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 01/21/2020. The inspector was on site from approximately 2:45 PM to 3:25 PM. Documentation was reviewed relating to allegations concerning staffing and supervision.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
