All areas used by children were inspected to include the classrooms, kitchen, hallways, bathrooms and outdoor play areas. During the inspection, five children's records and five staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and is identified on the violation notice.
