A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the ImagiNation Learning Center located in Chantilly, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 02/20/2020, between the hours of 9:30 am through 1:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
