An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:45 pm to 2:10 pm. There were 42 children supervised by 6 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 6 children?s records, children's nutrition, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies were inspected. The children were observed in free play, center activities and lunch. Diapering changing and hand washing were observed. Medications were on-site today and records were reviewed. The playground and surfacing were inspected There were age appropriate materials for all children. There were no areas of non-compliance identified during the inspection.
