An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 1:15 p.m. with the assistant director. There were 40 children in care ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years old under the care and supervision of eight staff. Infants were observed having play time and one infant was observed napping. Toddlers were observed completing puzzles. Two year olds were observed having free time with blocks and books. Preschool I (2-3 years old) were observed preparing for a craft. Preschool 2 (3-4 years) and PreK (4-5 years) were observed having indoor play in City Place. Classrooms were observed.
11 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. There are no medications on site and there are seven staff that are current in Medication Administration Training (MAT).
