An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:45 AM and ending at 8:20 AM. There were twelve school-aged children in the care of three staff members. The children were observed playing table top games and eating breakfast. Hand washing procedures were observed and in compliance. Ten children's records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance.One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 2/3/2020. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/1/2019. The most recent health inspection was dated 11/8/2019. The most recent fire inspection was dated 08/05/2019.
