Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:15 AM and ending at 8:30. There were 45 children in the care of five staff members. The children were observed playing with Lego blocks and table top games. Five children's records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 1/22/2020. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/19/2019. The most recent health inspection was dated 05/17/2019. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/16/2019.
