Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring visit. This on-site visit was conducted on February 24, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. There were twelve students in the care of two staff in one classroom. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Two staff records and the records for board officers were reviewed on September 16, 2019.
Areas observed were: outside play, transition, hand washing/diapering procedures, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
