A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/25/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2pm-4pm. There were 79 children in the direct care and supervision of 7 staff. A sample of 8 children?s records, 8 staff records,and 3 medications were reviewed. The children were observed eating snack, washing hands, singing, dancing and playing on the playground. One new staff has been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the teachers. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
