An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/27/2020. There were 15 children, ages 3 years-5 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and the on-site staff record requirements for 3 staff members during the inspection. The staff stated that there is currently no medication on-site. The children were observed in the following activities: free choice play/centers, in music and movement, during learning time, during indoor large motor activities, and during lunch. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies for both the center and the bus used for daily transportation during the inspection.
