We discussed the requirement for asbestos management. Also, we reviewed the requirements for counting staff in ratio, routine sight supervision during transitions in the building, annual training and TB statement due dates.

Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 9:07 AM to 12:05 PM. Today, there were thirty-five children, ages three through five years, with six to seven staff. I viewed program activities, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, equipment, daily routines, meals, posted information, agency inspection reports, insurance, five records for children, emergency supplies and drill records, asbestos management, five staff records, staff qualifications, staff training, and indoor areas. The playground has not been used regularly during the winter season. Today, the children sang songs while using sign language in preparation for chapel time. Activities were implemented for learning about the letter "P" and today was pajama day. The children have been provided walks, weather permitting. The teachers were observed providing attentive and frequent interactions with the children in their group.
