An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Upon arrival there were 140 children in care with 24staff present. A sample of 2 staff and 7 children's records. Children were observed doing lessons with staff, preparing to go the playground and on the playground.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-40-D Description: Based on observation the center did not ensure the license was posted in a place conspicuous to the public.
Evidence:
The license was posted inside of the director's office. When the inspector arrived the office door was closed.Plan of Correction: The following corrective action was provided during the exit interview:
The license will be moved to the hallway so that it is conspicuous to the public.
