Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance today included storage of emergency medication; first aid materials on each floor; supervision; record keeping including documentation of the verification of proof of identity; and emergency drills.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm. There were 144 children present in 7 classrooms with 19 staff. Children were observed watering plants, washing, sweeping and involved in other tasks while others were measuring, working with puzzles, sequencing numbers, etc. I also observed group times where children learned about beating a drum to favorite songs; listening to stories and a group discussion about birthdays.
