Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/27/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at the center at 9:00 AM and departed at 11:30 AM. There were 33 children in care with 4 staff providing care and supervision. Five children's records were reviewed on this date and five staff records were reviewed at another site on 01/06/2020. This vendor administers medications and three medications were assessed as well. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
