Comments:
Thank you for your assistance and your time during this unannounced monitoring inspection. The visit was conducted on February 19, 2020 from 9:55 am through 12:30 pm. There were twenty-five children in the care of four staff. The total enrollment for the program was twenty-eight children. Five children records, five staff records, medication and documentation for two children, first aid kits, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, health inspection, fire inspection, and posted required information were reviewed. Circle time, small groups, bathroom procedures, free play, handwashing, snacktime, staff/child interactions, a special guest (dentist) visit, storytime, and playing in the gym were observed during this visit. There were no violations cited during the inspection.
