Standard #: 22VAC40-185-560-F Description: Based on review, the facility did not ensure that when they choose to provide meals and snacks, they are indicating and listed any substituted foods.
Evidence: Reviewed the SACC's menu and found that the menu stated that they were having mini subs and Capri Suns, but instead the children will be given milk and chesse crackers.Plan of Correction: Will post any changes to the menu on the board.
