A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/28/20 to review supplemental health and safety requirements Licensing Inspector arrived at 6:15 and departed at 7:10 AM to conduct the site visit for a renewal. At the conclusion of the inspection, there was one child present with two staff. Child was observed playing with legos. There was no medication at the site. The sample size was five children's records. A staff record review was done the same day at the AlphaBEST office. The sample size there was two staff records. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
