2/27/20 - Licensing Inspector arrived at 6:30 and departed at 7:15 AM to conduct the site visit portion of the renewal. At the conclusion of the inspection, there were 21 preschool and school-age children (in two groups) with three staff. Children were observed playing with legos. There was no medication on site. All required paperwork was reviewed. The sample size was five children's records.
2/28/20 - The licensing inspector conducted a staff record review at the AlphaBEST office. The sample size was three staff records.
