An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 54 children present today on the teacher work day with 3 staff at LI arrival. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. 5 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing items. Children were observed playing in the gym participating in a variety of self directed activities in the rooms, washing hands and eating snack.Emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills and first aid supplies are in compliance. The playground was not in use during today's inspection due to inclement weather. A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was also conducted today.

The group of children in the gym was out of ratio at 19 children to 1 staff with a group of children containing children aged 5-12. The applicable ratio is 18:1.Plan of Correction: Ratios will be maintained.
