: A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 03/03/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 54 children present today on the teacher work day with 3 staff at LI arrival. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. 5 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing items. Children were observed playing in the gym participating in a variety of self directed activities in the rooms, washing hands and eating snack.Emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills and first aid supplies are in compliance. The playground was not in use during today's inspection due to inclement weather. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
