An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:15pm-2:25pm. There were 25 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff members. A sample size of 3 children's records, 4 staff records, evacuation drills, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed building with legos, playing monopoly and Uno, and participating in gross motor activities in the gym.
