An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/03/2020 from 2:45 pm - 5:05 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 55 children, toddler - school age, in care with eight teaching staff and the program director. Children were observed during outdoor play and afternoon snack. Departure procedures reviewed. Records were reviewed for eight children and four staff.
