Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 03/03/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at the center at 8:00 AM and departed at 12:45 PM. There were 92 children in care with 24 staff providing care and supervision. Nine children's records were reviewed on this date as well as nine staff records. This vendor administers medications and a sample of four medications were assessed as well. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
