On January 31, 2020 the department received a complaint regarding the use of time out. The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on March 2, 2020 at the facility from approximately 8:40 AM until 1:50 PM. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made at the facility and documentation was reviewed. On January 31, 2020; the licensing inspector conducted a telephone interview and reviewed documentation. On February 4, 2020; the licensing inspector conducted an additional telephone interview. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
