A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/6/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 11:50am and ended at 2:45pm. There were 11 staff with 82 children in 7 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed napping. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were 7 medications and authorizations reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
