An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 3:05pm-4:45pm. There were 37 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, outdoor playground area, programming, menus, 4 staff records, 7 children's records, 4 medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. All staff present are current in CPR/First Aid certification, 2 staff present are Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified, and 3 staff present have current Daily Health Observation Training. Children were observed reading books, playing outside on the playground, handwashing, and eating afternoon snack. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Evidence: Child #1's record was missing the father's address and father's employer. Child #7's record was missing father's name, address, phone number, employer, and work phone number.Plan of Correction: I can collect that information from the parents tonight.
