An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the director, who was present with a second staff and seven children, ages ranging from 2 to 4 years. The children had finished their morning snack , which consisted of cheerios and apples and had transitioned to their morning work period.
There were no medications on site, four staff and seven children's files were reviewed today. There have been no new injury/accident reports documented since the last inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-160-A Description: Based on a review of four staff files and an interview with the director, it was determined that one staff did not have a tuberculosis test/screening on file within 12 months prior to or 21 days after employment.
Evidence:
Staff A was hired on 1/9/20 and the tuberculosis test is dated 8/1/18.Plan of Correction: We will have staff A obtain a new tuberculosis test/screening.
