An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:12 am to 1:15 pm. There were 61 children supervised by 9 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 7 children?s records, children's nutrition, medication authorization records, injury reports evacuation drills were inspected. Medications were on-site today and records were reviewed.
Children were observed participating in outdoor play and transitioning to and from outdoor play. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was age appropriate materials for all children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance.
No violations were observed during the inspection.
